Begotten: A bold new Australian drama for audiences in lockdown

Minola Theatre proudly presents a special lockdown edition of Begotten, the new play by award-winning playwright Bianca Butler Reynolds. The play, which tells the stories of five generations of women over a 100-year period, has been adapted into radio drama format specifically for the COVID-19 pandemic and consequent closure of live theatres in Australia and beyond.

This full-length drama, with a running time of 85 minutes, is available for download on a pay-what-you-will basis, given the economic impact of COVID-19. Audiences are asked to consider paying the price of an average show ticket to help support the artists while theatres remain closed.
